Leo Lux Consulting

Creative solutions for complicated problems.

We find the answer, make it easy to understand, and get it in front of the people who should care.

Who we are

Leo Lux is a small consulting practice built around one habit: dig into a product until you find what makes it interesting, then say it plainly. That habit shows up as brand creation, marketing strategy, launch and retail programs, partnerships nobody else thought of, and creative fixes for whatever is in the way, from packaging to outreach to events.

Who it's for

Companies with a product that has more to it than people can see at first glance. That has meant a hydroponics company inside a Fortune 500, an international plant-based pharmaceutical firm, an LED technology company, a beach bonfire business, and a friend who needed a website.

What we do

“We have to continually be jumping off cliffs and developing our wings on the way down.”

Kurt Vonnegut

Strategy and fresh eyes

A look at a business, a brand, or a marketing plan from someone who hasn't been staring at it. What's working, what isn't, and what to do next, in plain language.

Brand creation

Naming, identity, positioning, packaging, and a website that says what the thing is.

Launch and retail readiness

Everything a product needs to get onto a shelf and stay there: sell sheets, line sheets, retailer materials, product data, and the go-to-market plan.

Partnerships and events

Sponsorships, collaborations, tradeshows, and experiences that put a brand in front of the right people. Like a music partnership that took retail customers backstage.

Fractional marketing lead

A marketing director for companies that need one and can't fund the seat yet. Strategy, team, agencies, and the plan, part time.
